Ask the supplier to return an arrangement drawing using the actual cabinet references in its offer. For a cylindrical concept, provide the desired finished outline and height. Request confirmation of the proposed cabinet arrangement and the complete supporting package before treating the concept as an approved installation. These values retain the column scope of the manufacturer’s specifications. Keep the complete model reference in the quote, the packing list and the equipment record. Describing the order only as “EA250H8 P2.97” leaves the environment-specific variant unresolved.

Across the four columns, EagerLED lists a refresh rate of at least 3,840 Hz, 14-bit grayscale and a 140° viewing angle. It lists 250 × 250 mm modules, with module resolutions that vary by pitch. Ask for a demonstration using the same mixture of cabinets as the proposed package. A corner assembled with larger flat cabinets should be reviewed as that complete combination. For service planning, submit views of the rear of the proposed arrangement as well as the audience-facing drawing. Ask how the detachable power box is accessed in that layout and which parts must remain reachable. This is especially useful when the visual concept has several faces and an enclosed-looking interior: the service discussion needs the actual arrangement, not just the appearance shown in a rendering.
