Draw the positions from which people will see the display and identify how many faces must carry useful content. Include the available floor area and nearby circulation routes. If several posters will be joined, confirm the combined dimensions and how the complete image will be addressed.
Specify the controller and connection method, supported content formats, update process and network requirements. Decide whether staff will update one unit or several units together. Ask for a handover demonstration using the files and workflow that the venue intends to use.
Record the assembled and packed dimensions, route through doors and lifts, packing method and handling requirements. Wheels or a folding frame do not settle every transport question. Confirm the safe position, power cable route and storage arrangement for the supplied configuration.
