EAGERLED PRODUCT COLLECTION

LED Display Modules

Module families for display integration, spare parts and custom screen builds.

An LED module is a component, not a complete screen. Selecting one involves more than choosing a pixel pitch: its dimensions, pixel grid, electrical interface, mounting and control configuration must fit the intended cabinet or frame. For a repair, identify the existing module before buying a visually similar replacement.

Compare the product formats

These five family guides organise the manufacturer’s published ranges by installation environment or construction. The families can overlap: an indoor module may also have a GOB surface, and COB describes a construction approach rather than the location of the finished screen. Keep each specification row attached to its own size and pitch.

How to choose your configuration

Identify replacements by configuration

Record the existing module label, dimensions, front and rear photographs, connector positions and receiving settings. Matching pitch and outline does not prove electrical compatibility or a uniform visual result. Agree the replacement specification and test a sample with the actual cabinet before ordering a maintenance batch.

Calculate the screen from the module grid

Choose the intended width and height in whole modules, then calculate the resulting pixel dimensions from the selected row in the specification table. Check how that grid fits the cabinet, frame and content. Do not combine a module size from one variant with the resolution or power figure from another.

Define the rest of the system

Specify power supplies, receiving hardware, data and power cables, supports, cooling and the service arrangement. Clarify which parts are supplied and which are the integrator’s responsibility. For outdoor assemblies, establish how exposed connections and joints will be protected after the modules are installed.

Frequently asked questions

Can modules with the same pitch be interchanged?

Not automatically. Dimensions, connectors, mounting, scan arrangement, control settings and visual characteristics also matter. Verify the exact module and test compatibility in the intended system.

Are GOB and COB the same thing?

They describe different constructions. GOB adds a protective surface treatment to a module assembly; COB uses a different LED packaging arrangement. Review the documented product family and selected specification instead of treating either label as a universal performance guarantee.

Do module prices represent the complete screen cost?

No price is listed here because the supply scope is project-specific. A complete screen also needs control, power, support, cabling, assembly and commissioning. State whether the request is for replacement modules, a module kit or a finished display.
