Quick answer
LEGIDATECH’s 2026 indoor guide, dated 20 November 2025, lists USD 350–1,500 per m² across its P1.25–P3 table (LEGIDATECH). This is one supplier’s reference, not an EagerLED quote, installed price or market average. An installed indoor wall also needs processing, mounting, power, cabling, commissioning and local labor.
Price starts with the nearest viewer
Pixel pitch is the centre-to-centre distance between pixels. Smaller pitch raises pixel density and normally raises hardware cost. Planar calls pitch the fundamental direct-view LED choice because it determines pixel density and influences recommended viewing distance (Planar).
Measure the closest normal viewing position, then test the proposed pitch with the actual content. A reception wall showing bold motion graphics has different needs from a control room showing small labels. Avoid a pitch selected only from a rule of thumb; eyesight, content contrast and acceptable pixel visibility vary.
What changes an indoor quote
| Decision | Cost effect to examine | Evidence to request |
|---|---|---|
| Finer pixel pitch | More pixels and driver components per area | Exact pitch, cabinet resolution, total canvas resolution |
| COB or SMD package | Different manufacturing, surface protection and service method | Product data sheet and module replacement process |
| Front service | May simplify access but changes cabinet design | Required clearance and removal demonstration |
| Camera use | May require higher refresh and careful scan settings | Recorded camera test at your frame rate and shutter |
| Wall shape | Curves, corners and custom trim add parts and design work | Cabinet map and mechanical drawing |
EagerLED’s indoor buying guide identifies pitch, screen size, cabinet design, brightness, installation and control equipment as price drivers. It also recommends supplying room dimensions, viewing distance, content, operating hours, mounting method and target delivery date (EagerLED).
Specify the whole indoor system
A quote should state the visible dimensions and the cabinet count that produces them. Cabinet increments may make the supplied wall slightly larger or smaller than the architectural opening. Confirm the final aspect ratio and native pixel canvas before content is designed.
Ask the supplier to list the processor and input cards, the maximum supported resolution, redundancy arrangement, spare modules and calibration files. The integrator should list the mounting frame, trim, access route, electrical scope, data paths and finish repairs. Commissioning should include color calibration, source switching, brightness presets and operator training.
Cooling and access belong in the design. A flush wall with rear-service cabinets can become costly if technicians must remove finishes to reach a failed module. Front-service hardware may reduce that problem, but the quote should show how modules, power supplies and receiving cards are removed.
Compare on an equal basis
Send one specification to every bidder and use the checklist in How to Compare LED Screen Quotes. Separate hardware, freight, installation and tax. Record the quoted currency and validity date because exchange rates and components can change between budget approval and purchase.
Ask for acceptance criteria: no dead pixels beyond an agreed threshold, uniform color at defined brightness presets, correct display of each source, clean camera capture where relevant, and delivery of spare parts and configuration files. Put those criteria in the order rather than relying on a sales demonstration.
Questions buyers ask
Does a finer pitch always look better?
It can show more detail at a fixed screen size, but only if the source, processor and viewing position use that detail. A sample test can reveal whether the premium is visible.
Is brightness the main indoor specification?
No. Excessive brightness can be uncomfortable. Ask for the usable adjustment range, low-brightness color performance and presets suited to the room.
What is usually missing from an online price?
Control equipment, structure, electrical work, freight, duties, installation, commissioning, training and local support are common exclusions. Confirm each line in writing.
